The Energy Charter Secretariat and the Secretariat-General of the League of Arab States signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 19 March 2012. The text of this MoU can be downloaded here in English and in Arabic.

The Energy Charter Secretariat also has signed in November 2007 a Letter of Understanding on Cooperative Activities with the Secretariat of the International Energy Forum.
