18.04.2013 Ms. Noriko Yodogawa, the Legal Counsel of the Energy Charter Secretariat, contributed an article entitled "Energy Charter Treaty: an Unexploited but Rich Well" to the Energy Journal, published by the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ). This article provides an overview of the Energy Charter Treaty and attempts to inform the Japanese energy sector players how they could possibly benefit from it. The article is currently posted on the IEEJ website and will be included in the IEEJ Energy Journal. The Secretariat hereby reproduces it with kind permission of the IEEJ. | |
