The Charter's Investment Group regularly reviews progress made in member countries towards improvement of the investment climate and restructuring of domestic energy markets. The Investment Group submits the draft recommendations to the Charter Conference for final adoption.

Note: Member countries reserve the right to amend published reports without prior notice, and editorial changes are possible.
